At RENOVAE HAUS OF HAIR, each order is prepared with care to ensure your collection arrives beautifully and securely.

STANDARD PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.

Orders received over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has completed processing and do not include the 1-2 business day processing period.

IMPORTANT

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional events, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays.

RENOVAÉ HAUS OF HAIR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been submitted, it immediately enters our processing queue.

For this reason, orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission.
